Toyosu Market

It feels like the natural thing to do while in Tokyo and if you love sushi/sashimi: go to the fish market! There are many options for sushu and sashimi when you get there and the need to select one is a little overwhelming. I will say they all look pretty good, and in the end, we just went with one that was highly rated and there was a medium-sized queue. It was incredible, fresh, and delicious. The staff gave us a Nori paste for sauces as a thank you for coming which was also very cute?!

We went after Tokyo labs, as they’re not too far apart. The area is newly developed and feels a little industrial.
