Super central, so I think I assumed Bolton Cafe would be super touristy, and there definitely were tourists, but there were also a lot of locals having their lunch breaks. Huge menu and proper Hong Kong diner vibes. Ultimate comfort food.

Note: they only accept cash or octopus for payment
