Yes you have to queue but it will be one of the most efficient queues you ever queue in, if that helps. You queue to order, which you do on a machine. You then queue to eat. When you go in and sit down you show the staff your order slip and your food is served. This was hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. I will say the extras you can order are almost unnecessary and definitely don’t get more than one spring onion side for two people.
