ISSEN

The fine dining Japanese restaurant at Benesse House. We had a dinner and a breakfast (image below the map) here, and both were spectacular. The dinner saw a series of small plates, focused on fresh seafood. The tofu in both meals was so good it made me rethink tofu altogether. The venue itself is also very beautiful, and very much feels like you’re eating in an art gallery. Which of course, you are.
