Nezu Museum

Yes it’s technically a museum, which is great and definitely worth a walk through, but the real reason for visiting is the gardens. We walked from 21_21 design site to get here, and although it’s not the most urban of areas compared to Ginza or Shibuya, entering the gardens here is a pretty spectacular feeling of calm. You feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, ready to connect with its more zen side.

It also has a very cute cafe, which you can sit and look out into the gardens from (expect to queue if you want one of these seats though, or come after the mid afternoon rush).
