Oi Man Sang

A Hong Kong institution! Walk around to the front to get a ticket number, and hang around. We got called up pretty quick, so wait so don’t go too far. The service is brusk, and food comes quick. We had some garlic prawns (some of the biggest I’ve ever had), along with the beef short rib and potatoes, which I understood was their speciality. Everything was great! Beer was cheap too. You can walk around and see the master at work by his wok, with pictures of all the famous people who have paid Oi Man Sang a visit.
